Daisy Patch In Sunlight

I went back into the archives to the original capture that was the basis for one of my most popular prints, "One Daisy Stands Out From The Bunch," and created this all-new, more colorful version, with a soft, but colorful palette that looks like an aged 60's postcard. This was taken along the shores of Big Lake in Cloquet, Minnesota several years ago, and retouched using Nik Software's Snapseed program.

The Frost Across

The path across the swinging bridge at Jay Cooke State Park is crunchy underfoot as a new blanket of snow makes the shores and forest surrounding the St. Louis River white and frosty.

Split Rock Shoreline

The Split Rock Lighthouse, one of the most popular and picturesque spots along Minnesota’s North Shore, sits high atop the steep rock overlooking Lake Superior.

Stone And Ice At Wisconsin Point

The late winter ice shoves run up against the linear array of boulders that line a rocky path towards the Wisconsin Point Light, a spectacular lighthouse on Lake Superior, near the border between Superior, Wisconsin and Duluth, Minnesota.
