Maybe I’m a long-entrenched dryer sheet person, but I’m not a big fan of these dryer balls. My wife swears by them, but I find them more of a nuisance than anything.
If these are intended to replace dryer sheets, they fail in most regards. They don’t freshen the clothes, they do nothing for static cling, they don’t aid in cutting down drying time, and they don’t really do anything to keep clothes separated. We often lose these things when they get stuck in shirt sleeves or down pant legs, which adds to the annoyance factor.
If there is anything positive to be said about this product, these balls give me the opportunity to inject some inappropriate humor into laundry day. I’ll leave you to make that out for yourself.
